Ingredients

    1 box Barilla Plus elbow macaroni
    4 tbsp. I can't believe its not butter
    .5 cups all purpose flour
    4 cups skim milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 cup 2% Cheddar, grated
    2 cups Swiss, grated
    freshly ground black pepper


Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Melt butter, add flour, cook and stir for a minute or two. Add milk all at once, cook and stir until smooth and thick. Add salt and then cheese, a handul at a time, until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Add to drained pasta, stir to distribute sauce, pour into a large, lightly greased, baking pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
