Poor Cam & and Worst Cam App

I purchased it from Ross. I wish if I would have returned it but it already passed the 30 Days return Policy.
I can never get it to set up the connection Automatically it keeps saying password incorrect or poor WIFI connection. Finally I was able to get it set up manually but every other day or some time hours it kicks me out.
I love the idea of it rotating not like other cams yet it is very poor Cam I will never recommend it to anyone.

Use the Geeni App to connect

If you are having trouble connecting to your home wifi network automatically just use the Geeni app instead of the Mercury app. I too own a Mercury security camera and had trouble connecting to my wifi. But I tried it using the Geeni app and it works perfectly. I have not had any problems since the initial connection issue. The premium service is great and very affordable given today’s economic climate. Anyways, I hope this helps those customers who’s reviews I had read. To Merkury, I do apologize for sending some customers to another app, and perhaps the Geeni app is owned and operated now by Merkury, i do not know, but regardless these customers need a solution to the connectivity problem they’re having. As such, I figure you’d, Merkury, would rather have some customers be happier with a fix and thus provide Mercury with a better updated review, then to fret over the loss of a few upset customers those don’t receive a solution and thus given negative reviews and bad word of mouth. Best of luck to everyone.

Works Wonderfully

I picked this up from Ross not expecting much and I understand that others have had problems getting it to work, but everything seems fine for me. It took a while and some trial and error for it to work in the beginning, but other than that, I connected, and it does a great job doing what it says it does.
