5. What is the difference between IHB and AFIB technology?

The Microlife AFIB technology is the only clinically proven technology, that can detect Atrial Fibrillation (AF) during blood pressure measurement worldwide. Click here to read more about the AFIB technology.

The IHB technology (Irregular Heartbeat) screens pulse frequency for irregular heartbeats during blood pressure measurement. Thereby, IHB shows that an arrhythmia was detected, but it does not distinguish between different arrhythmias such as bradycardia, tachycardia or "heart stumbles". 7. How can I clean my upper arm cuff?

The Microlife cuff cover can be hand-washed with 30° celsius warm water. 

1) Remove the bladder inside of the cuff through the opening at the cuff side
2) Wash the cuff cover by hand
3) Dry the cuff naturally. It is important that the cuff cover is completely dry.
