I thought I had made a reservation for TWO queen beds. We are three adult women. When I arrived I was advised that I had made reservation for ONE queen bed. so take it or pay $25.00 per day for an extra Queen bed. The tone of the receptionist was a no nonsense. Cinco de Mayo weekend no doubt every room would be occupied. Possibly a miscommunication with reservation agent at the time I made the reservation. My request was one level. my mother is 101 years old. I had no desire to deal with elevators. Also the $15.00 charge to park was a surprise and the questionable key to open door added to my frustration. Doubtful that I will return to this Express Inn. I will return to Old Town Inn on Pacific Hwy. Unfortunately I was unable to obtain reservations for this wedding weekend. Customer service is a Ten. Waste of $600.00.
