Traveled with family Oct 26, 2022 Disliked: Property conditions & facilities To start I had to complain the first thing I got their because I did not get the room I was promised, the worker did make it right though. The staff was good, but my air conditioner was awfully noisy like I could barely sleep, and there was a sewage smell near the elevators. Other than that it was great breakfast was good. But I don’t feel like what I paid was worth what I received. I wish I would have stayed somewhere else tbh because we stayed here to be able to sleep

disgusting. The room I got also smelled like smoke pretty bad. There was a stain on my blanket on the bed as well…there were a few homeless people hanging outside the hotel at night when I got back at 2am. My room was made fine and clean other then those flaws. Staff was friendly and facility’s were nice. I just needed a place to crash for the night so I would give it 3/5 starts. Stayed 1 night in Aug 20223/5 Okay

outside the hotel which made coming in and exiting cautionary, but the room was clean, and staff was very nice and accommodating.
