The room stunk of mold and mildew. Water and mold stains on the ceiling. The carpet was old, worn and most of the time felt damp (we wore shoes/sandals pretty much all the time rather than put our feet on the carpet). Only 1 of the three elevators worked.
One morning when the room was cleaned the staff took all the towels and left no clean ones. Had to go ask for a roll of toilet paper because less than 1/4 roll was in the room. Also, it would greatly help if the hotel provided a wet vacuum service -- and free hot coffee in the AM -- during storms.
