Our visit to this hotel was very successful. We booked through Go Port for the hotel and cruise shuttle and everyone was on time, every time. The airport shuttle bus was easy to find on the ground level and Go Port was punctual and friendly at the hotel and then later at the cruise port. The complimentary breakfast was very good and my room was clean and comfortable. We walked a block away to a TGIFridays restaurant for dinner and it felt like a safe walk. We had to cross one street that wasn’t very busy. The employees were friendly, wi-fi was fine, hotel was quiet except for airplanes and my daughter visited the pool without any complaints. I would definitely do this same Go Port/La Quinta package again with my next cruise out of this area.🐥🛳❤️

If I could give it a ZERO I would. We flew in October 23rd. I purchased a package via goport.com for our cruise and this is the hotel that was chosen for us. First..I will never use goport again. Second.. we got there and were put in a room. We decided to go for a walk and sit by the pool. The outside was filthy. The pool was dirty and looked like it needed vacuumed pretty bad. As we walked around the pool there is a cover of some sort on the ground which was cracked and raised. I didn't see it which you couldn't until you stepped on it or near it and it popped up... tripping me. The outdoor furniture was warped and damaged. The hot tub didn't look healthy to get into with its color. The building was also dirty with green stuff on the walls. When we walked back up to the room that is when we realized our room door wouldn't latch or LOCK! I called downstairs and asked for a new room bc this was a major safety issue. There was a gap in the door too upon further inspection. The man comes up to look. He fidgets with it for awhile and says it will lock and latch if you pull up on the handle and do this.. my husband cut him off and said "are you telling us how to rig the door to make it work? This is a safety issue" the guy says "well I'm not a maintenence man." My husband said to get one then. The guy says he's going to get a hammer and SLAMS the door so hard the walls shake. He comes back up and hands my husband something and walks away. My husband said.. "what is this?" And he said "a new room key." We thanked and went to the new room. We got settled in and were eating dinner and watching TV. I look up and I see a bug on the wall. Upon further inspection I realize it is a roach. We call down to the guy again and he says I'll get you bug spray. WHAT?!!!! My husband and I were upset and he turned and told us to get out of his hotel. It was 10pm. So here my husband and I were at 10pm standing on the sidewalk trying to find another hotel to stay at. It was awful and horrible. I can't understand why goport would send us here and why we were treated horribly. And I haven't even gotten reimbursed for any thing. I had to pay twice for my lodging and getting to the port. Not what we needed to start our vacation.

A very decent hotel and a great price. I would stay here again. In fact I plan to very soon. A free shuttle to the airport, but so close you could take an Uber inexpensively in a hurry. The free breakfast was average, and the coffee just okay. The room was clean and very nice. Staff was friendly to my group, and was very accommodating to our special needs.

We were not informed until we were picked up by the airport shuttle that we would be staying at a different location due to water damage from the hurricane three weeks prior. The La Quinta West was a total dump. Outrageous!

This was a stop over trip where he had to arrive late for a next day early event. The check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was perfect for out needs, and the morning breakfast was tasty and most adequate.

Ideal location near airport. Very good value for short stop over. Clean and functional rooms. Choice of restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy access to parks in Orlando. Ample free parking. Great courtesy minibus to and from airport.

First bathroom had mold, transferred to second bathroom and it had mold also. Counter in second room has stains on them. Carpets throughout the hotel have stains. The hotel is run down and seems neglected.

Great price, great service and good facilities for the price. Johmar and Rudy, the shuttle drivers are the best. The breakfast buffet is very good and the rooms are very comfortable and the amenities too.

Everything was great at this hotel--airport transport, room cleanliness, breakfast, wifi. Only issue was that half of my party was already IN Orlando and, since I was paying for the room with my credit card which they already had, they wouldn't allow the others to check in until my credit card was physically IN the hotel. So my family had to drag all of their stuff around Orlando for hours until I landed in Orlando and could get over to the hotel. Quite annoying.

We totally understand your feedback but unfortunately if the credit card doesn't match the name of the person checking in then for your safety and ours we cannot accept that form of payment especially if it is not present. I'm sure you will agree that the safety precautions we take for our guests and their credit cards is appropriate especially when multiple rooms want to pay with one card that is not present.
