Staff was great and the rooms were quiet, beds were very comfortable, rooms and hallways were clean and lovely. Oddly the elevators and elevator lobby was just beaten up and dirty. desperately needs touch up and just a simple daily stainless steel wipe-down. Gave you a really bad initial impression for a what turned out to be a lovely room and hallways

The property was a bit run down but other than that was good. It was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was super slow. It was VERY expensive and didn’t really have a choice but to valet because there is nowhere else to park. $50 a night to park is ridiculous especially when I was unaware that I would be charged for parking. I would not stay in downtown Austin again.

How to book
