Cons:There were only three pillows, and they were soft to the point of uselessness (fortunately, we'd brought some of our own). The room was not well insulated - we could hear every word of the people walking past, the TV next door, and every footfall from upstairs. Overall, a disappointing experience. Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays; bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F. Social distancing measures are in place; staff at the property wear personal protective equipment; a shield is in place between staff and guests in main contact areas; periodic temperature checks are conducted on staff; guests are provided with hand sanitiser. Contactless check-out is available. Individually wrapped food options are available for breakfast. This property affirms that it adheres to the cleaning and disinfection practices of SafeStay (AHLA - USA) and Safe Travels (WTTC - Global). On arrival a deposit was charged to my credit card. We did not know at the time. Traveled with my 6 yr old son. And once we were settled into our room my son closed the bedroom door to the suite and we were locked in for 30 mins tried calling down to the front desk multiple times and after 15 mins I text and then finally had max come up to un jammed the door.becauae the handle was wiggly. The next morning was worse, unpon us leaving I saw a live roach in the covers of my bed.
