Dec 20, 2019 If ya Dash be Peal here’s the Deal ? leather Starts to lift up prematurely from sun and heat and look’s like A**hole , Dirty one!
Altho it say’s 11-14 , W a Ohone Call
into the Srt team all years or Wk2 will be Approved .. So if ya have the peal , lift by auto headlight sensor , play or push of any sort or Delamination of any kind , Get her Done! Neil

Just got my letter about my dash recall, they are covering the whole dash! Says parts will arrive in 3-5 months, then schedule for installation!

I have this issue; I keep telling people my car has wrinkles.
I will contact my dealer asap.

Yea def print out this or maybe Jr can’t scan the letter as the Dealer’s are for sure gonna be like uhhh idk well maybe but idfk <~Jerkoff’sssssss

I just got the recall letter in the mail about this issue today. This is amazing. I can't wait to get to the dealer to have them tell me I'm not eligible for some reason or that they don't do it.

I got this process started on mine last week (1/8/2020), the dealer submitted for replacement approval 1/10/2020. Hopefully it goes smoothly. That made my day when the letter came in the mail. They said the first one they submitted took about two weeks for approval, so hopefully I hear something next week.

I called the dealer on Friday and they said my claim was approved but the dash ETA is October. I dont know if the global craziness is the issue but thats 9 months from when I took it in... I sent jeepcares a DM so hopefully they will have a better date...

Jeep in back in early February before all the shtf stuff and they told me the part will be available in October. I also called SRT customer care and they told me the same thing. But I'm approved and it will be done when October rolls around.

My Jeep is going in Monday to have the dash replaced. Hopefully all goes well.

We got ours approved in Early January and was told 5 months for replacement so seems to take awhile as it is a common issue and getting parts is the problem.

in Indianapolis, Indiana. My dash is completely peeled back. I’m gonna request a fix for the dash under the extended warranty tomorrow, can you provide additional support with this?

Took mine in Monday, I got it back today looks great again! I got mine replaced today but it doesn’t seem like the same material as before. It seems like what would come on a non srt8 model or overland. Does your dash have the same original leather material?

After recently seeing this thread, I’ve contacted the dealership and they said they will look into it. Is there anything I can provide to them to help with the process?
