Does anyone have any recommendations for a cold air intake on a 2013 Audi S5. This is my first Audi and I am loving this car more and more each day. Is it worth putting a cold air intake on this type of car or it's fine the way it is?
Thanks..

i would say fine without it unless you just want to be able to hear the super charger whine more... that or if you tune it and exhaust then might want to upgrade then.

Car graphic exhaust?
I say nay to the intake unless you wanna hear some whine. I have the AWE and didn't touch the intake.

Thanks for the responses. I guess what trying to see whether its worth spending the money on the intake. I trying to see if would make a noticable difference in sound. I know with my truck it gave it a deeper sound.
Thanks..

I've ordered a Roc-Euro intake for my 2013 S5 coupe DSG. Got a email saying they can't ship until the 18th of July.
I'll let you know when I get it installed. I've done a lot of reading and read a lot of people's post on performance. It doesn't do too much for increased HP, but the one thing I have heard is intakes do have an effect on fuel milage (slightly) and performance (minimal). The one thing I have heard overwhelming, is they (intakes) allow you and everyone to hear the whine of the Supercharger. I'm good with that!!!

I had a Reco-Euro in my '11 S4 (same engine as yours) really really happy with it. It was a great intake. Now I have a UPS in my A7 (same engine as the S4/S5) equally happy with it. Reco-Euro doesn't yet make an intake for A7/A6. The heat shield is great.
You'll have no problem installing it. IT was super easy takes less than 30 mins. Enjoy.

Got my Roc-Euro intake this past week. 4 weeks after it was supposed to ship and 7 weeks after I ordered it. Disappointed with that. Wish they kept me more in the loop about the delay.
Installation was a snap. It took about 30 mins and I went "" on the routing and attachment to do it right and
make it look right. I made sure nothing would rub together.
We'll run it tomorrow (as I did the install in the evening) after High temp Silicone I used to make a bumper/spacer cures!

Thanks for the info I would love to see how it looks, can you send some pictures of the intake after you installed it. Let me know how it sounds and feels vs stock.
Cheers!
