I'm a mpg nut. I'd appreciate the results. 280 isn't bad given your circumstances. How much city and highway do you drive? This tank I just got 356 miles and less than 100 of those miles were city. I got gas and filled up yesterday to reveal 20 m.p.g. _________________ |

Did the tires rub at all without the lift? Did u end up licting it? You painted your rims or changed them?

I ruined it too when I said MPH instead of MPG... at least I still think I'm funny _________________ |

His tires rubbed at full lock pre-lift (if I remember correctly). He has the 3" OME lift now, like a lot of us. And I believe the rims are plasti-dipped. I did the same with my Jet wheels but ended up buying new 16" wheels so that I could have more tire choices. Don't regret that decision one bit _________________ Never Stop Exploring

That's about what I get. I don't know how you squeak out so many miles from a tank of gas. It only gets better from here I hope. This is my second tank of gas with my scangauge2 installed My tips/tricks are besides my mods: keeping mph around where full lock is, looking as far ahead as possible while driving, using the brakes minimally while coasting to stop lights, and avoiding coming to complete stops. You'd be amazed seeing where I live and how it's impossible to get good mileage. My driveway is on a major highway so that means I have to drive really fast every time I leave my house. _________________ |
