And here I am!

Just kiddin Worm! I don't know anything about anything...but I'm gonna give it a shot.

I'm just going off of what I've noticed to be the big differences, not necessarily all the differences.

There's an Electra Glide Standard, Electra Glide Classic, Ultra-Classic Electra Glide.

Electra Glide Standard has Saddle Bags, but no King Tour Pak or back-rest.

The Electra Glide Classic has Saddles + King Tour Pak & Back-rest.

Ultra-Classic Electra Glide has Saddles + King Tour Pak & back-rest, more speakers for stereo (passenger speakers), and appears to have more chrome and more "bells & whistles".

My dad has a new 2009 Ultra-Classic in Black Pearl finish. Sharp bike. Smooth cruiser, too.

The Ultra has lowers on it to. I don't think there is a standard anymore. The touring line up consists of the 2 Roadkings, the Street Glide, the Road Glide Custom, Electra glide Classic, the Ultra, and a Ultra Limited.

There's a few more differences between the three models (soon to be only two, since the EG Standard is going bye-bye in 2010). They are:

The Standard does not come with cruise control or a radio; both are options that you can add at time of purchase. It's pretty much a "basic" tour bike - frame, motor, wheels, bars, fairing, hard saddle bags, seat, crash guard, and that's it.

The Classic comes with a radio and two speakers, and the radio is also CD/MP3 capable. Cruise control is standard.

The Ultra comes with all of the above, plus the rear of the Tour Pak is illuminated; it also comes with an intercom/CB Radio, although it comes with only one headset. You have to buy a second one if you want to talk to your passenger.

All three models have air-adjustable shocks, which are NOT adjustable "on the fly" or with an internal compressor ala Gold Wing.

Yeah, I forgot about the liners....as for the headsets, when I was selling them in '07 you only got one. Appears that either they've changed - which is a good thing - or your pop's dealership did him a favor, also a good thing!

The 09 Ultra I bought came with one headset but the dealer threw in a second one since I said I would actually use it.
They also threw in a grand worth of accessories.

The bag liners are standard on the Ultra.
