Free and clear Cleaning machine
After a hard work out or just the day to day sweat from this heat. You want to wash your clothes one time and know its clean. These pods are mighty and do just that. They work well on cold water and leave no residue. My clothes smell fresh and clean. No lingering odors when using these pods. The package is great and secure.

Great for those with sensitive skin
My skin is very sensitive so I have to be careful with what I use for just about anything that touches it. I've used several plant based and free and clear detergents in the past with good results. These are no different. I'm not a fan of the pod design, I am always nervous about it not breaking down and ruining my clothes. I'd use this again in a liquid form.

So convenient and non irritating
These are so easy to use and store and are non-irritating. They are my go to for sheets and towels so that we can be sure we are allergen free for any guests. Also can’t beat the ease of tossing a pod into the washing machine.

So much easier on the skin
I have been a Tide user all of my adult life, even though occasionally my husband will have skin reactions to it. In today's busy life, the pods are almost a prerequisite to getting anything done at all. So, when I found these, we decided to give them a go. The results were amazing! Our clothes still come out clean and smelling great, as expected with any Tide product. The benefit has been that since making the switch, my husband has not had any skin irritations simply from the clothes coming out of the laundry. I would certainly recommend this to anyone that has sensitive skin, or someone in their life that does.

Somehow, over the years, I’ve not tried Tide Pods until recently. They work well. I have very sensitive skin so I love that these are free from scents and colors. I probably won’t purchase them regularly because I think the value just doesn’t compare to liquid detergent.

Tide Pods are ubiquitous at this point, and they satisfy some deeply seeded urge to throw a tiny squishy object into a soft enclosure. Just me? In any case, I like that they make the free and gentle version of these now! They work the same as the liquid version.

Smell great and very gental
Great product and possibly my favorite Tide pods. I have used it on machine washing some sweaters and they came out so soft to touch. The smell is also amazing. I recommend you trying this on sheets/blankets/towels.

Works better than other brands I’ve tried
I didn’t expect to like these detergent pods as much as I did! They definitely clean better than the brand I’ve been using. Occasionally, when I clean the sweaty stuff, I’ve had a bit of odor left over after running a normal cycle with my old brand. I usually wash those items a second time. With these, I didn’t need a second wash. They smelled clean the first go around! I really think they’re a step up over what I’ve been using. I prefer using regular detergent to pods though. So I’ll stick with tide, but try their free and clear liquid detergent next instead of my old brand.

Great for all types of laundry
As a mom of two littles, I only wash clothes in free and gentle laundry detergent, so these particular Tide Pods were perfect! I threw in one or two depending on my wash size and they left no residue behind on clothes. I love that they can be used in cold water cycles as well! Even better is the fact that my kids' sensitive skin had no reaction after using these pods! I can't wait to continue using this detergent!

Better choice for sensitive skin
My skin used to get itchy and irritated all the time I finally figured out that it was from my laundry detergent. When I switched to these free and gentle formulations the irritation subsided. Although I use a plant based detergent on any fabric that comes in contact with my skin, these Tide pods work great for all other laundry especially bath mats and other items which get more heavily soiled.

Perfect for sensitive skin
I have super sensitive skin: fragrance added to something? I breakout in a rash. Red dye added? rash. Some harsh chemicals I can't pronounce? rash. it gets a bit frustrating and I was excited to see Tide had a Free & Gentle option. The pods are so easy to use, no measuring or mess, just toss one in the washer, add clothes, and start the wash. My clothes are super clean and my skin is free from rashes. Love these detergent pods!
My family is sensitive to perfumes and harsh ingredients in detergents so I was a bit hesitant to try these pods. I used one pod for a small load and used 2-3 pods for larger or heavily soiled loads and the pods did a great job cleaning the clothing but more importantly it was fragrance free and didn’t have any harsh chemicals so my family didn’t have any allergic reactions! I also appreciate that the pods container had a child proof tan pull. I will definitely be using these pods going forward.

My favorite thing about these are the convenience of not having to measure the detergent. I also do not like strong scents but do like the smell of my fabric softener. Super easy to use, simply drop one pod for small/medium load of laundry or 2 for large/xlarge load or 3 for xx-large load before dropping all the dirty clothes in. We actually can only buy free of dye and fragrance laundry soap and sometimes that means my clothes don't smell as great as others. Tide has really changed that with these pods. Works Better Than Expected
I got the Tide Pods Free & Gentle laundry detergent recently. I've always had an issue with Tide due to allergies. I love the way it works, but always hated the repercussions I suffered after. We use free and clear detergent on all our clothes as some dyes and perfumes cause irritated skin. With these we don’t have to worry about any irritated skin and itching. They get our clothes clean and remove any odors from working or that we might encounter through the day. You really can save your hot water and just wash your clothes in cold water with these Free and Gentle pods. I like pods but have sensitivities to strong chemical smells and unnatural fragrances. Works well and non-irritating
My skin is sensitive so most of the time I probably shouldn't use any scented laundry detergent. These pods fit the bill perfectly, and are super easy to use (easier by far than carrying a whole container of laundry detergent down the stairs to the basement laundry room). For larger loads, you'll want to use two. I found that these got my clothes and bedding clean with two pods per large load.

Easy to use, gentle on skin
My family has a number of skin related sensitivities. It's pretty rare for us to find a laundry detergent that keeps everyone's skin happy, but so far the Tide PODS free and gentle have caused no issues! To say I'm thrilled is an understatement. Our clothing came out clean and no one is itchy. Win/win! The packaging has a safety zipper on it which I didn't realize was rhere at first. Once I looked at the back of the packaging the instructions were clear and I was able to open the package without struggle. The instructions were clear enough that my 10 year old who is old enough to do laundry and know not to consume laundry detergent could open it. But tricky enough that my 7 year old could not.

LOVE the Tide convenient pods. I was nervous they wouldn't clean as good as the good ole liquid Tide detergent. Happy to report I do not see any difference. I generally prefer to do most of my laundry with free and gentle detergent. Just because a product is free of certain ingredients, it doesn't mean it should be less efficient and not do a good job. However, not all free and clear/gentle brands are equal. I find that Tide works much better than others. It delivers great results even when it comes to heavily soiled rags, rugs etc. I usually prefer liquid detergent, because I can control the amount much better, but truth be told pods are so much more convenient, less messy and they take less space. Plus you can store them in a glass jar in your laundry room and they look a lot better than a big plastic bottle or container. I can do small and medium loads with just one pod and they come out as expected - fresh and clean. Even if there is no scent, they have a clean smell.

I always buy Free and Clear detergent because my baby and I have sensitive skin. I've used Tide F&C before and really liked how well it cleaned the clothes especially messy baby clothes. I have never tried pods before so I was excited to give these a try. It does make it super convenient when doing laundry. You just toss it in and go. You don't have to pour and measure in a tiny cup with barely readable markings lol. I really enjoy this convenience!

This laundry detergent works great. My clothes come out of the dryer smelling fresh without any strong scent. I like how they have a free and clear option. I have been using Tide products for many years but never tried the pods. I had a concern with safety of the pods due to young children being around. I can only use free and clear laundry products in my house because my kids have sensitive skin. I just started using laundry pods and they’ve been great. I don’t have to worry about anyone breaking into a rash because the formula is gentle. I throw a few pods in, then laundry, and start the wash. Easy! Everything comes out nice and clean. I can not believe I never tried tide before!! I have 5 kids and none have cared for pacis or blankys or anything until my 5th child. He is 2 and he is obsessed with sucking on his blanket. So much so I had to buy 3 spares sjust so I can have extras incase they get lost of destroyed. Thry discontinued this print and it's the only one he will calm down with when freaking out. But oh boy they get so nasty! We hsve hard water and I judt can not get the dingy color, crunchy feel and smell out of these blankets! Finally I decided to try tide after trying 5 or 6 other methods and boy oh boy are they back to new! They are not perfect but they are so much brighter and they are soft again! The smell is also gone!! I personally am so very very happy. But umm my 2 yr old is not a fan haha he didn't like how clean they were. Overall I 100% recommend these to anyone with hard water, stains, smells and crunchy items you want cleaned like new!

Keeps the clothes clean without harsh chemicals
Once in a while I get sinus allergy especially during spring time and when I do laundry with an allergy, I opt for the Free and Gentle laundry soap. It has less harsh chemical and doesn’t have a scent that could trigger my sinus headache. My wife also uses this to wash the kid’s clothing. This is definitely a must have in the laundry room. Keeps the clothes clean and it’s safer because it doesn’t have the harsh chemicals.

I always have used the liquid tide free & gentle for our laundry but the pods are a game changer they were so easy to toss one or two in the washer and walk away. I got these and tried them, they were easy to open, great packaging. I love that they done smell and that they are super gentle. I was able to wash all of my clothes, the real test was on weather or not I’d get eczema, due to changing laundry soaps and I am happy that this didn’t hurt or bother my skin at all. I find these very convenient for when our family travels but expect to use 2 per full load. I love that they don't leave a scent on the clothes. I am pretty sensitive to strong scents, so I always look for scent free products. These pods have no scent at all, and they did a good job in cleaning my clothes. You just throw one pod into your washer and that's it. So easy. This would be good to take along while traveling also.

I'm so happy that Tide came out with the laundry pods in Free & Gentle. Most of my family has very sensitive skin, so all clothing, towels, and bed sheets need to be washed in hypoallergenic laundry detergent. I first tried the Tide free and gentle based on a search result for lingering odors in the washer. I had used another name brand for sensitive skin for quite a long time. The Tide brand did indeed stop the smell and it really does get the laundry noticeably cleaner too

The only pods I buy essentially. I used to get random patches of blue detergent in my clothes and then I decided to switch to a no dye alternative. Love that it’s also gentle so my eyes don’t get watery when I’m doing laundry

I'm all for child safety, but what about us seniors? I just spent 15 minutes trying to get the lid off the pods container. I finally succeeded by using a flat head screw driver and a wire cutter. I've always used Tide, but you're making it very difficult. You're really discriminating against a large section of your customers

This is the only detergent that we use (I sometimes buy it in pods and sometimes in the big container - whichever a cheaper). It gets your clothes clean and doesn't ruin them.
This product cannot be beat for parents with newborns! It is allergen free and smells amazing!
This have such a great product, a very subtle scent very effective on tough stains while be gentle on my clothes, I would recommend this to anyone trying to go scent free. I get them at a discount but the normal price can be a little bit expensive. Overall great product!

Pod skin doesn’t dissolve in cold water
I wash most of my garments on the cold delicate cycle and I’ve found that the exterior of the pod turns gooey and sticks to my clothes. I only recommend using these for warm water loads.

We use the Free and Pure because of skin sensitivity in our family. Has been working great so far. I do sometimes add borax when cleaning very dirty clothes.
These work great for sensitive skin and the pods work really well! They get the clothing clean but without the hassle of having to pour like the liquid!
It’s okay. I use it when I am out of my Norwex UPP. It works for microfiber and will pass if needed. Not great.

These smell great and are super convenient. As a college student, detergent pods are the best option and I love this scent.
While the tide pods were easy to use and convenient, we struggled often with the fact that the plastic pod would attach and melt on and article of clothing. It did for the most part wash off in a second round, but it became more and more aggravating when it seemed almost routine.
I don’t love this detergent, but it’s one of the few aside from Dreft that I can use without getting rashes. It is gentle and cleans clothes without depositing scent. Things just smell “clean”. Nothing spectacular, but does as advertised. It does require spot treatment prior to any stains.
These work really well for us. It doesn’t make me have hives or itchy from fragrance. Having them in pods is convenient

Ever since having my first baby 2 years ago I thought more conscientiously about what goes on her skin. So I thought about what I clean her clothes with and what I clean my clothes with free and clear seemed like a very safe option for my family.
Cleans clothes very well and I like how they have a gentle version. I have sensitive skin so this gives me a bit more piece of mind
This is the only laundry detergent that I will use. It is also the only laundry detergent that doesn’t give me a rash or irritate my skin. My only complaint would be that it doesn’t always get my stained clothes as clean as I would like them to be.

I personally prefer the pods over powder or liquid detergent any day. They're so easy to use and the lid on this container closes securely so I'm not worried about my kids getting into them! These don't leave your clothes smelling like much of anything, they get them clean but if you're looking for that "fresh" smell I don't think these are for you.

This is my favorite and number 1 detergent. I am so happy tide came out with a pure and clear formula. My children have eczema and I was shelling out so much money to use Dreft. I definitely recommend this detergent.

We have sensitive skin in our household so this is the only type of detergent I will use. I like the convenience of pods. They are more expensive than the liquid and powder detergents, though. My clothes are always clean and I like that there is no added fragrance, because I often find those to smell overly chemically driven and fake.
My kids have sensitive skin wish sensitive is amazing for they clothing since it gets very irritating if they use something else other then tide sensitive detergent.
Have used this for years and switch it out with All Free and Clear every once in a while. No complaints and stains are easily removed.

I love the convenience and ease of use of Tide Pods. I have used them for the past couple years now. I like the free and gentle version just in case I come in contact with friends who are sensitive to strong smells like laundry detergent so my clothes don’t smell too strongly!
Works great! My husband is super sensitive to dyes and smells so we’ve been using these for years. We also opted to use this product for all of our baby’s clothes and haven’t had any reactions. Will be using these for the foreseeable future!

I love this tide product. It is perfect for washing delicate and items like bedding. My skin has allergic reactions to harsh chemicals and I find I am up all night itchy if I use a scented detergent, so the free and gentle formula is perfect for me.
I have sensitive skin so this is all that I will use! The pods make it so easy to toss in and go.

Cleans very well, leaves no residue, and I don’t have to measure -so pretty much great. I have no skin sensitivity with this.
My daughter suffers from eczema and uses hypoallergenic product this has always worked for her and I use it on her clothes and our towels.
I love using these pods! Just pop one into your washing machine drum and you're good to go. No messy liquid to deal with. I love that these are free of dyes and fragrance. We have a couple of sensitive skin people in our house and have never had any allergic reactions.

These are what I ALWAYS use to wash my clothes. They’re gentle on my delicate fabrics and also do well with some of my thicker, harder to wash items. They smell nice and don’t leave clothes feeling worn down!

I was allergic to one of the detergents I was using so I switched to this one. It is so much better. No itchiness or red spots. I use scent beads to make up for the lack of fragrance because I like my clothes to smell good out of the laundry.
My son has really bad eczema and breaks out if we use any type of scented soap, so we use this. It gets my clothes clean and leaves no smell. It's also really gentle so no sudden breakouts. Its the more pricey brand but I'm willing to pay it for my son.

I only use these because my ex bought them when I asked him to pick up laundry detergent. Pods seem wasteful to me but maybe they aren't. I do love that they are convenient and easy to use. I really like tide free pods. I am sensitive to some very strong fragrances, so the lack of fragrance works well. I have found that the laundry does not always feel very soft, so I think it needs a fabric softener additive.

Gets clothes super clean. Seems to be gentle. My wife has allergies and can't handle any type of fragrance, and this gets our clothes clean without giving her an asthma attack. Not the cheapest, but pretty worth it. Would recommend.

Love these little things. They're easy to carry to the laundromat and are sealed nice and snug with a double zipper. I often toss two of these into one load of laundry and they come out nice and clean and smelling great every time. The cost is pretty decent and I never have a reaction to this detergent when wearing my clothes.

These are some powerful pods, I’ve used tide for years, I like that there isn’t any dye or fragrance to cause irritation. They are easy to use and less bulky to carry around or take up space in laundry room. I’ve had instances where the pod did not release during the cycle, so I suggest placing on top of clothes once machine is full! I do recommend if you have allergy or irritants to scented detergent, it’s a great alternative or addition. My clothes are always clean and bright!
Absolutely love this laundry soap for my sensitive skin. I've always broken put from laundry detergent my whole life. This is the detergent the allergist recommended to me. When I say it keeps the hives away. It keeps the hives away. I will definitely purchase again.

I really like this product for people who are sensitive to laundry detergent.My grandson would complain and say he was itchy every time I washed his cloths.After trying this product I would recommend it .
No issues with this brand, we use it because my son has eczema and he handled this detergent well. You can find great deals at target and it definitely takes stains out.
I only use the Tide Free & Gentle laundry detergent. I buy the pods and the liquid and what I am washing will depend on what I use. I find that the pods for some reason tend to leave residue behind when I wash sweatshirts and my LuluLemon pants. I use the Free & Gentle only because I have very sensitive skin and also have eczema and this is the only detergent that does not cause me to have flare ups. I definitely recommend this detergent.

I love the Tide Free Laundry Pods to wash my kiddos laundry. He has very sensitive skin so the more irritants we can avoid the better. I personally enjoy fragrance for my bedding and clothes so I just add a fragranced fabric softener to my loads. I really like the convenience of laundry pods but I’m not positive that they don’t gunk up the washing machine more than just using liquid.

Can never go wrong with Tide. It always does a great job cleaning our clothes. Especially living out in the country and having well water. It’s on the higher end side where you spend a good $20 for a high count to last you. But it’s worth the money.

Love the scent free. Pods are easy to use. Love the container although can be hard opening. Price is average. Tide has always been a trusted brand.
We bought these pods to use on vacation. They were just okay. Our clothes were clean, but they did not work for our towels or for our cloth diapers. I use the left overs on our delicates and the baby clothes.
Both my husband and i have sensitive skin and using this has definitely been a game changer. It’s seriously so good if you have any skin issues or sensitivities you need to get this. It’s easy to use and it truly makes a difference!

Great detergent! Everyone in my family has sensitive skin and this is the only detergent that works well for us all. Being in pod form makes it fast and easy to get laundry done in a hurry!
i have been using tide for forever, i love the way it cleans my clothes and leaves them smelling fresh.
I had to get pods during lockdown as I couldn’t find liquid. Worked well, used two each load, but I broke the pods to get the suds before putting clothes in.
Not a fan at all. Doesn’t make it seem like I washed my clothes at all, there’s no smell. Sometimes I throw more than one just to make sure my clothes get clean.
I suffer from sensitive skin and Tide Free and Gentle keeps me free from breakouts and skin irritations. This is a necessity in our house.
The only detergent I can use. If I use something with fragrance, I will get extremely itchy all over my body. Very easy to use and no mess like liquid detergents.

These pods work just fine, but the container is impossible to open unless one is a gorilla. I am not a weak person but I have to get my husband to open the container. I will be buying another brand.

does not totally disintegrate in the washer

On a small number of machines, the size of the gap between the washing machine door and the rubber seal means that the PODS™ can become trapped. The outside casing (film) of the empty PODS™ can become stuck to the door/seal of the washing machine. Luckily, this can be prevented by making sure to not overload your washer and adding the PODS™ to the drum of your machine before you add your clothes. If you do find residue, you can remove it easily with a soft damp cloth using mild soap and water. I tried it and I couldn't stand it. It might take the stain out but sure not the smell. I used it once and never again. There is an after small kind of like a sweat smell. Do no go.

I am not sure how this can be listed as hypoallergenic, when it contains benzizothiazolinone - a neurotoxin that is becoming so widespread of an allergen that it is included in the T.R.U.E test.
Does not completely dissolve in water and leaves a sticky residue on fabric, almost like gum or glue but it's from the pods. Will not buy again! Ruins fabric.

Since moving, my pods stopped dissolving. I have a FL washer which costs every time you use. Now, I am wasting time and money to do laundry twice. And stuck with 1.5 containers.

I was looking for a new detergent for my clothes, and this has easily taken the spot. I recommend trying your tide pod with bleach, it helps it go to work faster
These pods are just not dissolving!
I have had to rewash every load after finding globs of the pod in my machine & on clothing. The last thing I tried was puncturing a pod and pouring the liquid into my dispenser. Same outcome.

Pods did not dissolve completely

I usually use All Free and Clear but was given a few pods by my friend to try. I was amazed at how clean everything came out. Didn't even have to pretreat Definitely switching to this product!
Even though I follow Tide's directions (put the pod in first and don't overload the washer), about 25% of the time, the pod gets stuck to the washer gasket and leaves a gooey mess.

I wash in all types of water hot cold and warm water. I love that your clothes come out fresh smelling and clean with no residue from the pods on your clothes
I loved these at first, but we haven't made it through the container without them melting together in a big clump. I will have to move on to another productime at this point
