The TV lift footboard has a power source with a 15-foot cord which you can simply plug into a standard 110v outlet on the wall at the head of your bed. This power source can provide power for your TV lift mechanism as well as your TV. Once your TV bed is set up and connected to power, there are two methods you can use to operate the lift mechanism: a rocker switch on the back of the footboard or a remote control. You’ll most likely use your remote most often, but occasionally the rocker switch on the footboard comes in handy.
