"Been coming to this place for 12 years. Went in today 5/6/21 with 30 used movies in good condition. The heavy Mexican guy with glasses by the entrance was rude as always, and only bought 7 of them and gave me $10. There was nothing wrong with the other movies, except for wear and tear on the cases. I mean, they advertise that they buy USED DVD's. My entire movie collection has been purchased from this place but I don't really like going there because the customer service is AWFUL. Not professional or friendly at all. When I finish paying off the $470 earrings I have on layaway I will never buy, sell, or pawn anything at this pawn shop ever again. I will definitely be telling the neighborhood friends of my experience so they don't give them any business either."
