We called at time of landing phone just rang had to call 3 times before anyone would answer. Also when we booked it said breakfast included and that was not the case. Our bathroom had hair in it that was not ours. No trash can in the room. Pool was not clean. Honestly very disappointing overall experience. The only positive was staff was exceptionally friendly.. Pros:Good breakfast. Good water pressure & Temp in shower. Great towels. Cons:Tired bathtub. Lack of outlets in room Pros:The music arts on the lobby Cons:Rooms were not clean with patched wallpapers and stained carpets. Bathrooms were musty and obviously not properly cleaned nor sanitized. The curtains would not open and were so dusty that everyone in the room were sneezing all night. We had to checkout and cut our stay then move to another cleaner hotel. This is definitely not a four star hotel. Two stars is more likely. Pros:Front desk staff were friendly. Free parking and shuttle to town, though the frequency was longer than the stated every half hr. We only had one meal in the restaurant late at night and the wait staff was not sufficient but were friendly and the food was good. Cons:The hotel charged me an extra $46.30 mystery charge at 3:30 in the morning on top of the $50 hold. Went to the front desk the next morning to inquire what it was for and she said it was a mistake and she removed it but 3 days later it is still pending. The Big complaint is the water. In the mornings and at night there is no hot water, so you can't shower unless you like cold showers. Plus the water pressure must be 200 psi and the tubs drain can't handle the massive flow. If you you took an extended shower the rising 6"s of water in the shower gave me the feeling it would overflow the tub. The crazy water flow is very waste full of their limited hot water supply. Lastly, the elevator takes forever to come to the floor to go down, so be prepared to wait and wait. Pros:Clean, Good Price, Decent Location Cons:Facility (especially bathrooms) are clean but a little aged Cons:Room was very dated (worn furniture) and did not feel particularly clean. Plus half of the treadmills/bikes were broken in the gym. Pros:Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant wasn't too pricey!! Food was great too! One of the maids was also extremely polite to us getting us more than enough fresh towels when we asked and offered us plenty of other things. Second time I've stayed here and I know I'll stay here again in the future when I come back to Nashville!! Cons:My only problem was our shower sprayed everywhere (outside of the tub) and got water onto the floor and outside the bathroom. Apparently started to leak into the room underneath us so while my friend was showering, a maintenance man came to our room and yelled at me. Basically saying, "how is your friend showering, because if it's pointed to the wall that will leak." To which my response was, "well shouldn't it not be leaking?" He was very rude and then he disappeared and I have not heard from him the rest of my stay. Pros:Very friendly staff, the shuttle was amazing and saved an uber trip, location is close enough to downtown and also close to some outskirts places like Antique Archiology. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. The lady in the gift shop was very nice and helpful. One of my better stays in Nashville for a night out. Cons:The bathroom is a bit dated but it was clean, you can see the age in some of the areas but on my floor it was clean. Pros:Nothing Cons:The staff were horrid. The hotel is filthy it smells. No carts for luggage no service no help. Disgusting. One of the worst stays of my life. Pros:Not a thing. Cons:Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The Fourier smelled like sewer and every night about midnight the rooms started to wreak of sewer. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom like it hadn't been cleaned. When we got home to unpack our suitcase and all its contents smelled of the stench. So gross. 2025 Rosa L Parks Blvd, Nashville, TN 37228

. What is the best part of town to stay in Nashville? The best part of Nashville to stay for first-time visitors is generally Downtown and Music Valley. Both of those areas are close to major attractions and have lots of hotel options. With that said, most of Nashville is safe, especially during the day.
