I loked the overall vibe, the location, the service was exceptional, the waiting staff had sense of humor and they were engaging. I enjoyed the fact that there weren't any sales people attempting to push timeshares and that fact alone will keep me coming back. I felt on thw beach, as i walked along it, i saw a lot of plastic bottles and other debris that took a little away from the walk on the beach. The lockes were not reliable so i had to walk all the back to the lobby for assistance. Perhaps a phone ta each end of the halls, or just outside each elevator would make being locked out a lottle less frustrating.

August 11 2022, we had a great time beach was fantastic food was good drinks were great, most of the staff were very helpful there was a little bit of construction maintenance going on but not a big deal overall a great place to stay.

I liked the cleanliness and how nice staff was. Food was great too. Our shower overflowed the first day because the drain was clogged and the AC in the bedroom did not blow cold air, so we had to ask repeatedly to come get it fixed. It took them 2 days to get this problem fixed. They could have moved us to another room but chose not too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. We had a 1 bedroom suite on the adults side. The room was quite spacious with 1.5 bath. The activity directors-Charlie and Andrea-were both great and kept us entertained. Our pool concierge, Lorenzo, was very accommodating as well! We can’t wait to go back.
