The second-floor features two king bedrooms with private tub and shower. Both have access to a gulf-front porch. The third-floor highlights include a kitchen that looks as gorgeous as it is functional and a gulf front porch where your entire party has access to some of the most beautiful sights.

From the second floor your party can access the carriage house that is separated by an enclosed bridge that connects both homes. The carriage house several accommodations. There is a huge walk in pantry so there will no shortage of space to keep your goodies. The kitchen is just as breathtaking as it is functional. That is a total of six chairs and three umbrellas set up for your and your party daily. The location is at the Van ness beach Access right between Seaside and Watercolor.
