What does ‘You added 1 new device in secret conversation’ mean?

It is possible to add secret conversation into multiple devices. 

You will need to install the secret conversation app into the new device and sign into Messenger on that new device. 

Here are few things that would happen when you add a new device : 

1. Conversations from previous chats will not appear on the new device
2. A notification will be sent to the person you are chatting with that you have added a new device.
