Trending

In 2022, Instagram appears to be moving the app around so a lot of popular features now appear in a different place.

They’re probably trying to make the app look more appealing and be easier to use, but it’s causing a lot of panic and confusion.

Many users grew worried this month that the archive section had disappeared, but it has simply changed location.

The same goes for the Liked Posts section. Here’s how to find it in 2022…

Liked Posts has moved

Some aren’t even aware that the Liked Posts section exists on Instagram, but for others it’s a vital part of the app.

The feature lets you view all of the posts you’ve ever liked on the app, and it actually comes in very handy.

If you liked a photo on Instagram and want to find it again at a later date, the Liked Posts feature is very useful.

Or, if you were stalking someone’s feed, you can make sure you didn’t like someone’s 2013 photo by mistake.

The feature used to be accessed by heading to Settings>Account>Posts You’ve Liked, but users have recently noticed that it’s gone!

If you’re an avid Liked Posts checker then don’t panic, it hasn’t disappeared. It’s just moved to a different place in the app.

Umm @instagram why can’t I Settings>Account>Posts You’ve Liked anymore?? I need to see what I was looking at 5 min ago and also make sure I didn’t subconsciously like someone’s post from 7 years ago

Archive has moved too

Like Posts isn’t the only feature that has moved, Archive has too.

Archive is a saved collection of all the content you have ever posted.

Not only can you archive posts you no longer want on your feed, the app also keeps all of your Instagram Stories in a handy place to be accessed at any time.

Your Stories and archived posts are still accessible in 2022 in exactly the same way as before, the button is just a little harder to find.
