How do I register my phone number with Zelle?

Enroll in Zelle.
Sign in to the Chase Mobile® app and tap "Pay and Transfer".
Tap "Send Money with Zelle®".
Tap "Get started" (you may need to agree to terms and conditions).
Choose your account and add an email or U.S. mobile number. ... .
Enter your U.S. mobile number and tap "Next".

Why can't I add my phone number to Zelle?

There's a couple of reasons you may not be able to enroll your mobile number: It is already enrolled with Zelle® at a different bank or credit union. It is already enrolled with clearxchange.com.

Can I register both email and phone number with Zelle?

Receive money with Zelle.
Sign on and select Transfer & Pay..
From the Zelle® screen, select Receive Settings or Settings..
From the Settings screen, choose the U.S.-based account where you want money to be deposited, then select Register beside the email address or U.S. mobile number you want to use, or both..

How does Zelle work with mobile number?

How can I use Zelle®? You can send, request, or receive money with Zelle®. After you've enrolled, simply add your recipient's email address or U.S. mobile number, the amount you'd like to send or request, review and add a memo, and hit “confirm.” In most cases, the money is typically available in minutes1.
