The room was spotless and very well designed. I have stayed in a lot of hotel rooms and this was by far the cleanest. There was tons of counter space and storage for our clothes and shoes. The tv was a smart tv which we found very helpful since we could use Netflix and Hulu. The location was phenomenal. For a Pet-Friendly hotel, there was no place to walk your dog due to the high grass around the location. In addition, there is a sign that states " guest Parking, Park at your own risk.", I thought this to be very odd. If we are guest, where else are we to park? Cleanliness, staff & service I choose this hotel based on its nationwide reputation and was disappointed. There was dog poop in the elevator for hours. The gym was small. No natural light in the breakfast area with a messy breakfast presentation. Trash in the parking lot. The shower was moldy. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
