My suite was at the very end of a hall near the exit so heard the door slamming all the time. The cover for the air conditioner/heater was taped up and kept falling off. The drapes in the bedroom were broken so couldn't close them completely.

I would NOT recommend staying here until they get their facilities revamped and cleanliness straightened out! We stayed here for 1 night on the way up to our destination and 1 night on the way home. Our first night, our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed (there was an old sock next to a bed and crumbs around the living room and behind the curtains). The front of an A/C unit had dislodged, and we propped it in place with a table. The window curtains were dirty, and the sink disposal was broken. The bathroom vent did not work AT ALL, so the bathroom's metal fixtures and wall coverings were all rusty and water damaged from constant moisture. The shower also had mildew. We reported these issues to the front desk, and we requested to not stay in the same room when we'd return a week later on our way home. We were hoping it was just a fluke.... Our second stay was even worse! We were given a different room (a very large one!), but the same issues of cleanliness and damaged fixtures were present. There was another old sock by a bed, another broken disposal, the same issues from a non-functioning bathroom vent, and the same lack of cleanliness on the floor and in the bathrooms. The worst part was the BLOODY thumbprints on a shower floor, shower curtain, and light switches. Shouldn't this have been caught? Or, shouldn't housekeeping wear gloves (if he/she had a cut)? We reported this to the front desk, and we sanitized everything with our own Clorox wipes from the car.

Front persons were awesome!! We had to stay overnight due to parents being in hospital. We got in late and the front desk couldn’t of been more helpful! Thank you! Rooms were okay, not the best for what we paid.

In town due to family member in hospital. Had to stay over and decided to stay here. The lady and young man at the front desk were awesome! So pleasant and understanding, due to us getting in late and being very tired! Thank you very much!!
