Also, parking is a pain. There are no free parking areas available and it's $35 a night to park in the parking garage Wasn’t up to my standards Pros: Rooftop Cons: The room wasn’t clean. The sink wasn’t draining the door kept jamming. The water took forever to get hot in the shower. Passable Pros: I liked the location. Cons: The staff gave conflicting information concerning check in, they were busy and didn’t seem to manage the check in process well and the elevator went out which caused tons of people to have to congregate in the lobby which I’m sure was against COVID-19 protocol. Not impressed at all Pros: The staff was really nice and the location was perfect. Cons: My room needed to be switched 3 times. The 1st time was because the balcony door wouldn’t lock. 2nd time was because I had to kill 3 roaches. 3rd the water was stopped up in the tub. The pictures made the room look so much better than it was. The carpet was filthy and the room was old and raggedy. I wish I could’ve said something nicer because the staff was so accommodating but I can’t. That place needs some serious renovations. Definitely wasn’t worth $700 for 3 nights in that condition. Again, I only gave 4 stars because the staff was really nice. Safe in room was also on an extremely high shelf in the wardrobe making it inaccessible for my friend. Breakfast was overpriced and cold. I think we were overcharged compared to the confirmation email I had received. Room key card often didnt work. Car park card didnt work.

Cons: Staff were not helpful on arrival. Check in desk was ridiculous height making it nearly impossible to reach the card terminal. Safe in room was also on an extremely high shelf in the wardrobe making it inaccessible for my friend. Breakfast was overpriced and cold.
