Question: Broken Lid

I was hoping I can just get a lid for the carafe, one of the little tabs broke on it and it's not even a year old

The manufacturer does not supply the lid only. The complete carafe would have to ordered.

i was cleaning my new brew basket and the spring piece popped out. How do I put it back together? I can only find 2 piececes? the sring and the little round nozzle at the bottom.
Am I missing something here?

This also happened to me. There is a little ring that holds them on. By the 3rd time it happened I couldn't find the ring, so I called Hamilton Beach they told me I needed to order a new Brew Basket. I see they are back ordered with no ETA must be a common problem they should work on fixing :(

Hamilton Beach does not provide any replacement parts for the 990117900 Brew Basket. Unfortunately they are on a factory back order with no delivery date. Hopefully they will be releasing them soon.

Brew Basket Spring Tab Assembly: I have a Hamilton Beach two way brew system - Model# 49983 - My brew basket assembly ALSO came apart when I opened it. I tried to put it back together, but now it won't lock down.
Does anyone have a diagram and / or written instructions how to fix this?

I did order a replacement brew basket and it's arrived, but would like to have the old one as a spare if possible.
