Check these things out! How cool! Essentially, they are custom designed cabins that are built on skids so they can be moved. What a cool idea. They have several options and upgrades available. I think they start at 24×14 for 28k or so. I love the idea. As a land broker, one of the hardest parts of selling a property is getting max value out of capital improvements. Having cabins or outbuildings on a property really narrows
the potential buyers. If you could offer it two ways…one with the cabin, and one without, the liquidity of a property would increase dramatically!
They are selling them out at Giant Goose Ranch but Im sure they would ship anywhere if desired. Very Cool! Those guys always come up with some great ideas!

Who owns Giant Goose Ranch Canton Illinois?
Giant Goose Ranch, located four miles west of Canton on State Route 9, is being completely reconstructed as a place for family-style outdoor fun. The property was purchased in 2013 by Herman Brothers Lake and Land Management and Noah Herman Sons Builders, which are family-run businesses owned by the same family.
What is Canton IL known for?
The town's employers now include the Illinois state prison named the Illinois River Correctional Center, the city's Graham Hospital, Cook Medical, Spoon River College and retail stores. Campground closes at 11:00 pm for guests, and any overnight guests must adhere to all rules. Quiet time is from 10:00pm – 8:00am. Please respect the quiet setting.
