Finland's new gender neutral parental law takes effect this month 🇫🇮👶Finland leads the way with their gender neutral law on parental leave coming into effect in September. Offering both parents the same length of paid leave - 160 days, plus with one parent able to transfer up to 63 days to the other - they are looking to advance equality one law at a time!They have also changed the names of the allowances reflecting that not all families are alike.
