SASSY STITCH SOIREE 2022

SASSY JACKS STITCHERY

September 16th – 18th  , 2022

THIS EVENT WILL BE HOSTED ONLINE

We are so excited to welcome you to our 3nd Annual September Soiree Stitch Retreat!

While the world around us has changed due to the pandemic, our heart remains the same.  We are committed to bringing you wonderful stitching experiences and a fabulous shop that welcomes you into our family from far and near.  To that end, we are holding our September Soiree Stitch Retreat online, and we are going to make it absolutely wonderful!

We’ll begin the retreat on Friday evening with an “open house” shop tour at 6:00 pm Eastern Time.  Once we finish our shop tour we’ll do a Soiree 2022 Welcome meeting where we review the schedule and then we’ll stitch until you decide you need to sleep!  For our stitch groups, we’ll open up our Zoom stitch room where you can drop in and visit with your friends and stitch.

Bespoke Soiree Original Design and Kit

We’ll premier our 2022 bespoke design for the retreat during the Soiree Welcome and you’ll have a chance to download and stitch it!

Please put a note on your registration at checkout if you prefer aida fabric so we know what to include in your Soiree Swag that we’ll ship prior to the event.

These designs are always original and exclusive to those who attend the retreat.    I think you’ll really love this one!

Live Chats with Friends

Throughout the weekend, we’ll host a few live chats with some very special friends and Soiree guests.  I’ll publish the list and times for you in advance so you know when to jump over to YouTube live to watch and join in.  The list is always fabulous and we are always so grateful to our friends for chatting with us.

Optional Short Classes

This year we’ll be offering you 3 – 4 optional short workshops for really reasonable kit fees.  Susan Greening Davis will teach a workshop on Hardanger, and another on Blackwork.  Allie Dudley will teach a workshop on historic button weaving.  Kimberly Young will offer you a fun little workshop on specialty stitches drawing from a sweet little antique sampler.  We’ll send out the registration documents for the short workshops (1 – 2 hours each.  $25 – $40 fee each) in June so we have time to put together the kits for you.  We’ll send these kits to you with your Soiree Swag shortly before the retreat.

I’m really so very excited about this year’s event and all the great short classes.  I hope you’ll join us for the Soiree and maybe one or more of the optional workshops!

Cost of the retreat is $60 and should be paid in full for a confirmed space.  Registration is now open.  Payments are non-refundable, but should your plans change such that you cannot attend, we’ll be sure to mail your Soiree Swag and links to all the recordings.

Registration is officially open.  You may register online at the following link:   Soiree 2022
