Radisson Hotel Group is implementing the Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol, a new program of in-depth cleanliness and disinfection procedures, in partnership with SGS, the worlds leading Health and Safety inspection company. The Radisson Hotels Safety protocol is an extension to the brand commitment which includes 20 Steps and an additional 10-Step protocol for Meetings and Events. These steps include hand sanitizing stations at all entrances, the use of Personal Protective Equipment-PPE, and protective screens, enhanced and recorded cleaning and disinfection frequency, social distancing in all areas of its hotels, reiteration of food safety standards and comprehensive staff training. For additional information please refer to www.radissonhotels.com/safe The Country Inn & Suites Orlando Airport is a 136 room property which features King suites with microwaves and refrigerators. The standard rooms feature 2 queen size beds. Each room has a remote controlled TV, hair dryer, coffee maker, dataport, iron and ironing board. Complimentary amenities include a healthy deluxe continental breakfast, shuttle service to and from the airport which is located 2.3 miles south of the hotel from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., an exercise room with towels, television, and water cooler plus a coin operated laundry room is available to our guests. The outside patio features lush tropical landscaping, a large swimming pool and a spa which seats up to 12 comfortably. Tables and chairs surround the pool and patio area for your leisurely pursuits which may include reading the books provided in our lobby library. There are conveniently located restrooms near the pool area. In the evening, a key card is required to enter the hotel from the pool area for security reasons. A first floor Meeting Room is available which seats up to 50 classroom style. There is an area outside the meeting room where food and beverages may be served. The Boardroom on second floor comfortably seats up to 15. Coffee and fruit are always available in the lobby. "Needs Renovations" Overall Score3.0/ 5 while the front desk/entry area look up to date, everything else needs renovated. The carpets look dingy, the walls need repainted, our door didn't close properly, the shower/tub dripped, the bathroom counter was designed for someone about 4'tall so had to hunch over to use the sink. Toilet was a child's height. The outlets need updated with USB options, there are no outlets on the night stand. Beds were fairly comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
