You'll need to provide a credit card, debit card, or other valid payment method to pay for an order that includes any ineligible items.
be transferred to another Amazon account or to any other person, once it has been added to an Amazon account where you are able to keep track of it.

Gift Card balance restrictions

As per Singapore law requirements, the maximum value of gift cards stored in a customer’s Amazon.sg Gift Card account balance must not exceed S$1,000 at any time. This limit is applicable only to the gift card balance amount (at the time of claiming) and does not restrict the purchase of gift cards from Amazon.sg.

Gift Card prohibitions

You must not in any circumstance:

use your Gift Card for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
use your Gift Card as payment for orders placed for commercial reasons (i.e. sourcing inventory online). That is, you may not use your Gift Card to fulfil sales or fund purchases that you are making with the intent of reselling or exporting the goods or services
sell or exchange a Gift Card for cash or for any other prepaid payment instrument
purchase a Gift Card from an unauthorized third party
claim a Gift Card to an Amazon account if you are not the intended recipient

Orders for digitally delivered gift cards (E-Mail) are typically fulfilled in less than 5 minutes of successful completion of your order.

For payment security reasons, in certain circumstances, email delivery may be delayed by 1-2 hours. Such as when a new payment method is used or when an order is placed with a large quantity or dollar amount. In rare circumstances, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
