  Well worth the price.

  The handle will not Snap into place and stay I was contacted by Linda in a very good timely matter and she offered to help me return the machine but I was able to fix it and am very pleased with the way it worked on floors and the shower. Their customer support is outstanding and my problem was taken care of and well handled I will give this product a five star rating.

  This mop is amazing! I was a bit skeptical but in the end, I'm glad I made the purchase. It's easy to put together and even easier to use. It's not too big and can easily store in a closet. Initially, I used the soft pads on my vinyl wood plank floor and while I couldn't see much difference to the floor itself, the look of the pads told a completely different story! I was amazed at what I couldn't see on my floor that the mop was able to pull out. Next time however, I'm planning to use the more abrasive pads to see how much improvement that brings.

  I wish I'd bought something like this 20 years ago! I have a pretty large kitchen, and I can literally get the floor clean in about 5 minutes. No bucket, no mess. I didn't rate the quality because I don't know how long it will last, but so far, so good!
